Part time employee with following Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Investigate the facts of a case.
2- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
3- Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems.
4- Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.
5- Write reports to help lawyers prepare for trials.
6- Draft correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts and mortgages.
7- Call clients, witnesses, and lawyers to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Keeping track of important project documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings.
2- Creating reports for construction managers.
3- Keeping documentation safe and backed up.
4- Performing data entry tasks when project documents need updates.
5- Printing out and distributing project documents to managers, vendors and team member.
6- Converting paper documents to an electronic format.
7- Peeping files organized by project.
8- Documenting meetings and uploading documents to the web.
