Primary responsibilities include:

• Planning, organizing, and managing operations, Coordination between all applicable parties for Warehousing activity & reports directly to the Contract Logistics Manager. Specific responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities -

• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
• Assign duties to employees and measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.
• Train and integrate new workers.
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
• Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed.
• Handle customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between employees.
• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.
• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Order materials needed for Pick & Pack.
• Control of Forklift Truck management to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets.
• Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.

Warehouse Coordination -

• Currently Managing 13, 000 square meter WH facility & supervising 20 Employees.
• Coordinate warehousing and inventory components of the organization.
• Ensure warehouse is organized, presentable, and safe always.
• Organize the timing, quantity, and spacing of goods into warehouse.
• Monitor warehouse space and quantities of Inbound & Outbound shipments.
• Develop systems & Procedures to maintain warehouse consistency.
• Study warehousing and inventory management industry issues and trends.
• Ensure Special project deadlines are met by observing Warehouse Management System priorities.
• Conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers.
• Giving proper training to all the warehouse personal to improve the warehouse activities.
• Organizing and processing customer orders making sure that truck departure timelines are met.
