Division delivers: high quality, cost-effective new and used heavy equipment that meets customers' standards Ensures excellent service from start to finish. Provide support assistance and final approval to the div., purchasing, servicing, and delivering all types of heavy equipment nation and worldwide .Approve contracts / agreements for leasing, rental sales available to meet our heavy equipment customer, needs. . Develop long-range plans and strategies for new, used, rental, parts and service sales. Promote funding for organizational needs. Recruiting and hiring of new staff. Review job descriptions for relevance and accuracy. Post job openings appropriately. Provide for orientation of gernew staff. Supervise. Apprise Dept. Managers. Help set appropriate goals for new, used, rental Depts. Monitor performance of Departmental Managers and their staffs... Assist, if necessary, in conflict resolution. Hold staff meetings. Design staff development sessions. Plan staff retreats. Create an atmosphere for spiritual nurture and growth. Provide an environment that nurtures interpersonal relationships among staff. Provide ongoing training and equipping of staff for witness and service. Conduct annual evaluations of Departments Managers. Review all other staff evaluations conducted by Depts. Managers. Attend staff development activities, staff meetings, and staff retreats. . Other specific duties as assigned by the Chairman.
