Was responsible for meeting the Quality targets set by the parent company.
Was involved in training of new recruits in Product and Quality Standards
Used to organize and cover meetings with team members as well as the upper management.
Had conducted interviews along with the Human Resources Department for induction process.
Was a part of the calibration team to analyze the quality deviation and to take corrective measure.
