- Establish and implement overall quality procedures and specifications to ensure compliance with all quality programs including GMP and HACCP.
- Formulate sampling procedures, design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and safety data.
- Perform vendor food safety and product quality audits.
- To verify final release of finish products.
- Participating in analysis of major rejections, determining reasons for and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensuring non conforming products are identified, placed on restriction and reporting the root causes.
- Maintain the system for recording, evaluation and processing of customer complains on product quality/safety.
- Participating in setting the technical specifications of products as per customer requirements.
- Analyse current product specifications to determine present standards and establishing quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
- Issuing certificate of analysis (COA) to customers.
- To define and achieve annual QMS & FSMS objectives and targets.
- Conducting internal audits to maintain certification to ISO 9001;2008, ISO 22000;2005 (Q.A audit records, training records).
- Identifying training needs that assist in satisfying these requirements to achieve company's objectives with regard to quality and food safety.
- Preparing timely report on damaged, spoiled and expired factory stocks as well as raw materials and finished products that do not comply with the set standards and disposal of potentially unsafe products.
- Develop and implement product tracking and trace-ability system.
- Maintain updated library for all GMPs and SOPs. Facilitates changes to SOPs, policies, training needs and other system related documentation.
Ensuring proper documentation requirement of the standards, control and maintenance thereof.
- Assist production manager in planning, organizing and managing all resources for production of high quality products.
- Maintenance of a continuous supply of products of the specified quality on a timely basis.
- Responsible of maintening the work place safe and hygienic.
- Making daily and monthly production reports and submit to higher management.
- Handling of manpower pecisely to fulfill the daily tasks by reducing line losses.
