Recently worked with HYDER Middle East as a Deputy Project Manager on one of the most challenging project in Makkah “Construction of Strategic steel reservoirs to National Water Company NWC Client whose aim to streamline and improve water and sanitation system in Makkah and Taif Cities.
Responsibilities were to administer all construction works, heading the project team, assist in preparation of staffing plan with mobilization, demobilization and leave replacement of team, ensure proper deployment of resources, establishing performance criteria to all staff, deal all contractual issues, assist in developing project management plan, quality and safety management plan, developing strategies to organize quality system procedures and follow up auditing process, its recommendation and improvement, dealing with client, organizing works at site, monitoring progress of works, as per the approved schedule, involve in correspondences with contractors and clients., improvising innovative ideas in dealing with issues, maintaining project safety, quality as per client’s needs.

Administered as a Resident Engineer to a very large scale Riyadh MOH project, which comprised of a huge mixed use development of infra-structure and landscaping. The works were to develop roads, sewage and storm drainage, sub stations, water tanks and water supply networks, culverts, pump stations, lift stations and sewage treatment plants, associated buildings.
My role was to assist in delivering facilities to the required quality, schedule, budget, sustainability, legacy and other requirements of the program. Participate in meetings, preparing agenda and minutes, assist in preparation of staffing plan, establishing performance criteria, ensure its deployment and effective utilization of staff, prepare monthly reporting system with area of concern and proposed solutions, monitoring site activities as per the approved baseline program, help the team in reviewing all technical submittals by arranging working groups for addressing technical issues, Develop and administer project budget, value engineering, control management. Foresee variation orders, involve in the process of Procurement process, contractual agreements with sub-contractors, purchase orders, change orders. Certify of contractor’s claims and interim certificates, assist in developing quality system procedures and auditing process to ensure recommendation for improvement. Monitoring testing and commissioning procedures, handing over process and close out reports with project asset register. Actively encourage team to participate in lessons learned on project, problems arise, and its explanation for future recommended solutions.
