- Provide data for and prepare management information reports.
- Liaise with payroll.
- Maintain and develop the personnel filing system.
- Assist the HR Officer with the development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures.
- Provide HR administration support to the HR Officer and the finance and business director.
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department.
- Undertake other duties as directed by line managers commensurate with my position.
BS in English Language and Literature with Business Studies (ELL with BS)
