As a part of AstraZeneca Egypt Training Department and a certified international trainer, reporting to the Training Manager; my responsiblities include:
#On-job training of medical sales representatives during their daily calls to costumers, coaching them to enhance their sales skills and capabilities.
This process takes place by accompanying MRs in their calls, discussing their performance after each call and providing guidance.
The guidance process includes:
-Trainer-Representative one to one discussion.
-Preparing a coaching report and sending it to the Rep's direct manager.
-Deciding the next developmental step for the concerned Representative.
#Inductiond and orientation training for new comers.
#Training needs analysis.
#Training materials preparation; PPT presentations and handouts.
#Preparing and delivering of class room training sessions which AstraZeneca training department holds for sales representatives.
#Post training evaluation, through focus groups and surveys among the trainees and their superiors.
#Training coordination, venue choosing and checking, workflow quality assurance.
#Perform full assessment for part time sales representatives in order to evaluate their ability to perform on full time basis.
#Screening and interviewing candidates for Sales rep positions..
Was responsible for promoting "Seroquel", a CNS product for Psychiatrists. \n \nMy role included the following: \n \n-Achieving the sales target. \n \n-Delivering the marketing message to the identified costumers in East Cairo. \n \n-Assisting in planning and execution of focus groups, surveys and marketing activities for the identified customers.
Was responsible for promoting 2 CNS products for Psychiatrists and Neuro-psychiatrists.
My role included the following:
-Achieving the sales target.
-Delivering the marketing message to the identified costumers in East Cairo.
-Assisting in execution of focus groups, surveys and marketing activities for the identified customers.
Was responsible for setting Business plans for 2 CNS products with a targeted customers of Psychiatrists and Neuro-psychiatrists.
My role included:
-Preparation of promotional materials, addressed for Physicians and Pharmacists.
-Preparation and execution of product and scientific background training for sales force.
-Follow up on the execution of business plans with sales force, including key opinion leaders CRM with the designated sales force.
-Promotional events preparation and execution, including group meetings, focus groups and conferences participation.
-Performing market research activities, qualitative and quantitative, for the identified target customers and products, including:
-Focus groups planning, execution and data collection and analysis.
-Market, Customers and product surveys. Including building the surveys, executing and data collection and analysis.
-Inertpreting and analysis of IMS data, concerning both products and customers.
-Key opinion leaders CRM with designated medical sales representatives.
