In the front Office
I trained at semiramis hotel and my training was in a concierge
• Handle mails and messages of guests and reply promptly to the issues concerned.
• Maintain confidentiality of any information of the guests and keep it only to the knowledge of hotel management.
• Taking care of guest's essentials and belongings.
• Act as a guide in local tourist maps and geographical area.
• Guide guests on various discount travel packages and special services offered.
• Help guests arrange business services.
• Arrange tours for guests.
• Help guests with special requests
• Arrange limousine and taxi service for guests
• Help guests make airline or railway reservation.
• Maintain a guest information directory
In The kitchen
• Washed and peeled vegetables, using knife or peeling machine.
• Loads and unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food.
• Open the line like: Eloma, Beak master, prepare and Bring the Saladit from the chiller and put it in the refrigerators, Receipt The goods from the supplier and Compare it in Receiving permission, check line in the chiller and prepare the sauces, thewing and boil the shrimp.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of hand ruck.
• pick up the order that required in the kds monitor "Micros" like grilled salmon, grilled place, grilled saith, champignon au gratin, billed potatoes, Mix box, fish and chips, shrimp box … etc
• Make the monthly inventory for the chiller, Freezer, Store, and Hot line.


In the Service
- As a waiter
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Stock service areas with supplies like coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
• Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Make a deprasage for the tables that I responsible for it
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
• Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.

-As a Busboy
• empty all of the filled trash cans and replace the used bags. They must bring filled bags to a dumpster or trash compactor
• Set and reset dining tables.
• Make sure that water is refilled and give assistance to the waiting staff (waiter/waitress) if necessary
• Spend most of the time in the kitchen, bring back and arrange utensils and plates in order.
• Receive and return dining room for each shift and keep the restaurant in a fresh and orderly space.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas
• Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items like clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.

I was receiving Restaurant guests and welcome them, then connect them to the dining table
