1. Assign Tasks to Engineers and Technicians and Follow-up.

4. Administration for Windows / Linux / Oracle Servers.
5. HP server, Blades servers Maintenance and Administration.
6. Administration of RCS9500, Tactilon, TVG and RCS Controller.
7. Basic Handling of Net boss, DXT, and LTE.
Managing Daily General Vouchers.
Keeping Update Records of Bank Reconciliation.
Inquires about pending payment and keep in touch with dealers & customers.
Responsible for Month Closing.
Responsible for Petty Cash & Daily Expenses.
Checking stock while passing new order.
Also Work as LC Incharge, Purchaser & Cashier.
Making Orders by fax, taking Quotations.
Attending Telephone Calls, Receiving Messages.
Making GRN, Credit Invoices, LPO's.
Work as Data Entry Operator.
8 Week Practical Training as Internee.
