- Enforce applying safety, environment, and company (rules, policies, and procedures)
by ensuring health and safety regulations are met, determining quality control standards,
overseeing.
- Preparing, reviewing, and instruct applying SOPs and WIs in correct way to ensure that the
process runs reliably and smoothly.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly plant production reports for my section.
- Following daily production activities and ensure maximum and stable plant operation.
- Participating in preparing annual budget and production and plan.
- Determining plant KIPs with top management and following with all concerns to achieve it.
- Inventory managing and controlling for refractory materials, spare parts, and tools.
- Planning for shutdown material and activities with shutdown manager
- Coordinating with concerned departments for weekly / monthly and yearly maintenance
plan.

- Preparing my team competencies and people development plan.
- Controlling and supervision of tasks that happen at the industrial production processes by
following up daily the operation parameters for different equipment with shift leaders and
are supervisors to achieve the smooth operation.
- Prepare weekly maintenance scheduled for raw mill and utility equipment according to
inspection as per manual.
- Activating first line inspection plan and check lists.
- Dealing with ERP system to close all mentioned activities.
- Contact with equipment suppliers and material suppliers to ensure the best technical services
and support.
- Daily follow up with contractors
- Participate as internal auditor to audit.
- Reporting to production manager.

- Preparing reports on the process of operating efficiencies and failure investigation tests.
- Perform tests on operating plant systems to determine the efficiencies of the equipment to
identifying technical problems and bottlenecks and giving suggestions for solving.
- Aid management in maintain the Plant within environmental and quality performance
regulations.
- Perform audits and involved with month-end activity reporting.
- Supposing and suggesting different modification, new implementation for achieving KPIs.
- Calculate, analyze and reporting finders, putting recommendations, and communicating
with other department to performing RCA and action plan.

- Kiln shell temperature monitoring.
- Kiln burner adjustment, Clinker cooler monitoring, clinker temperature.
- Continues co-operation with x-ray lab to keep always high quality of the produced clinker.
- Periodical calculations and following clinker heat & power consumption.
Performing safety audits, environment reports and reporting it for concerned departments.
- Analyzing operations of the plant and make recommendations for process improvement
including Cost/Benefit Analysis.
- Developing process control automation and computer applications for process control.
- Preparing reports on the process of operating efficiencies and failure investigation tests.

- Obtaining trends, charts and process data for any measured values and controlling points.
- Detecting problems and communicating with maintenance department for fixing.
- Coordinating and directing field people to keep smooth operation of the plant and getting
highest equipment utilization.
- Responsible for achieving high quality products.
Performing chemical and instrumental analysis for determining delivered raw materials,
mills products, clinker...etc.).
- Reporting results to process and production teams to help them for taking good actions.
Accumulative grade: Very good degree with total percentage 80.65% Ranking 3rd student in cumulative rank. Employed as research assistant in Minya university, faculty of science.
