Reduce injection items PPM by more than 75%, (1500 ppm to below 300 ppm), a project of the 2018 year.
Reduce module (Panel) rework process from 15% to below 1% by using TPM and changing line path.
Eliminate most 3 chronic q-issue in module assembly issues using Poka Yoke tool: saving 50% inspection time, reduce PRR by 30%, increase TV yield by 10%.

2. Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.
3. Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
4. Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to smooth and accelerate production operations.
5. Apply lean manufacturing principles and methods to develop efficient material handling processes for the movement of material throughout manufacturing facilities.
Achievements:
1- Reduced the defect percentage from 12% to 8% after knitting rooms.
2- Reduced the work in process by 50%.
3- Increased the accuracy of the daily data entered to 95%.
4- Built KPI's for the whole factory like Quality, efficiency, utilization, Over All equipment Efficiency (OEE) and
Production rate.
