• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major
projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with IFRS and current financial legislation.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external
parties, such as vendors or lenders.
• Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make
decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
• Supporting the quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate
financial controls audit to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
• Assessing current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
• Reviewing, and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Responsible for Budget Preparing and reviewing with the CFO and try to meet the targeted
Gross profit, EBIDTA and net Income
• Providing financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting,
analyzing, and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and
analysis of data.
• Developing staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training and
motivations, maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions.
• Maintaining sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations
• Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function
• Run the monthly cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time
• Ensure that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals and ledgers
• Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs
• Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and to
forecast production
• Consolidating cost of manufacturing for payroll and distribution of inventory accounts
• Formulate goals and assessments annually, in a timely manner
• Devising, and regulating procedures for establishing unit cost of services and products
