- Manage the recruitment process by creating and administering standard recruitment and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit superior staff
- Create a recruitment plan and conduct recruitment meetings when needed staff is identified
- Screen, interview, recruit, and refer candidates for job openings and maintain the process and policies
- Coordinate on-site and off-site recruitment programs including employment fairs and events
- Create job advertisements and utilize all available recruitment sources to ensure the recruitment and hiring of superior employees, including internal job postings

- Manage and recommend employee relations programs, practices and activities necessary to promote a high level or morale and motivation
- Advise managers and supervisors about the steps of the discipline system of the company
- Assist and lead in reviewing departmental recruitment requests to ensure all employment needs are met
- Sourcing high calibers through different channels such as internal job announcement, job ads, recruitment websites, employment fairs and recruitment agencies.
- Interviewing candidates evaluate qualifications and assess based on set competencies framework.
- Preparing job offers/ letters of appointment as per grading system and proceeds with final negotiation.
- Liaising with technical managers in the company over candidate selection/rejection.
- Plan, organize and direct manpower planning to cover current and future recruitment needs.
- Organizing and conducting a full induction & Orientation and Onboarding process for all new employees.
- Inform new employees on the policy, organizational structure, workplace code, and other relevant information
- Ensure Human Resources matters handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements.
- Responsible for the recruitment process; screening, interviewing, and selection based on the Competency based Review (CBR)
- Build candidates pipeline and register all the job applicant’s Cvs data bank after sorting them out by career path and aspirations etc. (screening out CVs)

- Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up. Assist
and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.

- Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and
company policies and standards.
- Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and
Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
- Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and
personnel policies and programs.
- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's).
- Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Answer phone calls and record

- Coordinates and compiles relevant recruitment information.
- Maintains the recruitment database, including applicant response and any data input.
- Ensures that all recruits have full reference checks and that these are following up if necessary.
- *Total Compensation & Benefits:
- Assists with any Compensation and Benefits data compilation
- *Training and Development:
- Coordinates the administration of all training nominations, training completion and attendance, ensuring
databases are fully up to date.
- Provides support with Associate Orientation, & Induction ‘In the beginning’ training
- *Associate Relations:
- Assists with regular communication of all Associate Benefits on properties.
- Assists with the administration of any employment relations issue
- Provides a sounding board for associates who may need to discuss personal issues, and maintains
confidentiality at all times.
- Assists with the organization of any associate events.
- Ensures that all leavers complete an exit interview and that details are compiled to assist the hotel retention
strategy.

- Assists with any process administration and the collation of data for relevant reports.
- Assists, where necessary, with PeopleSoft HCM data maintenance and tracking.
- Provides full administration support for candidate management system (I-GRasp) internet recruitment
- Support with the administration of any payroll of HR information though Oracle (or relevant system)
- Needs to be extremely efficient and professionally skilled in:
- Preparing documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Filing and forward tracing a variety of documents, appointments etc.

- Updating and distributing relevant information databases as required
- Processing incoming mail.
- Maintaining office supplies for the HR department.
- Taking meeting minutes as requested.
- Maintaining, collating and distributing all relevant activity reports.

- May be assigned by the Human Resources Manager to carry out special projects such as salary and benefits
