o Formulate package deals for similar items from all projects to ensure standardization across KN departments.
o Secure new sources for materials globally to ensure we remain competitive while achieving cost savings.
o Preparing saving reports to observe the achievement of the procurement department
o Analyze technical data, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities.
o Review the orders before releasing to assure that the approvals are obtained clearly.
o Following up delivery of materials to site.
o Make agreements on L/C conditions to ensure KN standards and quality control specifications are met.
o Supporting the tender department to use correct prices basis and correct discount ratios.

• Implemented all procurement activities for electrical packages for Brine Pumping Facility at Sulaibiya Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) - KOC
