Monitor local staffing requirements for area operations and prosecuting local work.

Prepare and Follow up the preparation of shop drawings
in coordination with all trades.

The project located in Jordan University of Science
& Technology campus consists of a four-tower high
rise 18 floors, and ten buildings horizontal Low-rise
(4 stories), total built area 117, 000 m2.Including
external work, landscaping where high technology is
being used for pre-casting and facial elements.
The capacity of hospital is about 800 beds.

Producing Arch. & Struct. Shop drawing in coordination with Electrical and Mechanical work & present it to the consultant for approval.
Supervise & managing the drafting section with 4 Engineers and 8 Draftsmen.
Study the Arch. & struct. Detail and prepare it.

Checking and revising sub-contractor payment.
Selecting materials as per specs. & preparing the submittal form for approval.
Producing AS BUILT DRAWING for all Trades.
Responsible of executing the city administration center. (Total project area is about 30, 000 m2. Including External works).
Responsible of executing the water and sewage treatment plant for the housing project including connection links for each unit.
Responsible of executing the elevated, water tank circular type at 30m Height, with a capacity of 250 cubic meters. Including all relevant pipes connecting to the tank.
