* Project: ACWA Power Zarqa Project (Power Plant); all the civil works related to the power plant construction process, the power plant component includes but not limited to, gas turbine generators foundations, steam turbine generator foundations, HRSG foundations, ACC system foundations and buildings, water treatment plant, water supply and disposal tanks foundations, fuel supply and residue disposal plant and tanks foundations, diesel generator foundations, pipe rack, electrical building, administration building, warehouse, workshop, gatehouse and retaining walls.
* Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract, specifications and BOQ studying and summarizing.
- Assist in project schedule (baseline) building using Primavera P 6.
- Coordinating with project manager, team and departments in data collecting, analysing and giving the feedback about project progress.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of the project and updating the schedule on regular basis using Primavera P 6.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
* Project: Amman Strategic Reserve Terminal for Petroleum Products (ASTPP); 6 Diesel Storage Tanks (204, 000 m3), 4 Gasoline (G90) Storage Tanks (136, 000 m3), 2 Gasoline (G95) Storage Tanks (36, 000 m3), 2 Jet Fuel Storage Tanks (44, 000 m3), 5 Pressure Vessels (Spheres) for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (18, 800 m3), 3 Fire water Tanks (14, 250 m3), Slop Tanks, firefighting Pipes, Process Pipes, Civil works related to tanks foundation and bund areas, Evaporation pond, Operation and Control Buildings, sheds and shelters, roads, fence and gates, infrastructures (Storm, sewage, potable and oily water systems).
* Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in building site inspection procedure and system.
- Assist in building welding rejection and welding traceability logs for storage tanks to follow NDTs (non-destructive tests) done on welded joints.
- Monitoring site inspection system and coordinating between subcontractors, supervisors (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) and consultant regarding RFIs (Request for inspection).
- Receiving RFIs notifications from subcontractors, coordinate with supervisors for RFIs timing, preparing daily inspection sheets and sending RFIs notifications to the consultant.
- Receiving RFIs hard copies from subcontractors, assist supervisors in checking RFIs hard copies description, items to be inspected, relative drawing and procedures -QA Inspection-
- Assist supervisors in making sure that subcontractors are following ITPs (Inspection test plan) regarding inspection type (R, S, W and H) for the main contractor and the consultant.
* Project: Ministry of Interior Housing Units (MOI Housing Units); 5000 housing Unit distributed over 6 sites through Jazan.
* Duties & Responsibilities:
- Exploring local suppliers for non-permanent and permanent materials.
- Sending request for quotation to the approved suppliers for required materials.
- Studying received price quotations and preparing evaluation sheets for the quotations.
- Studying suppliers’ capabilities in order to select the most efficient supplier according to cost, time schedule and quality.
- Monitoring procurement department logs: PR, PO and suppliers logs.
- Following up with planning department to monitor procurement Department baseline plan and make sure that deadlines will be met.
* Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sorting material catalogues according to CSI Master Format. Assist in initiating and developing catalogues library by categorizing each catalogue in the right CSI division and extracting important information from it.
- Sorting material samples according to CSI format.
- Preparing suppliers lists according to provided brands and CSI format divisions.
- Assist in coordination with architects for projects material selection to meet the required quality and design.
- Assist in writing material specifications in CSI format.
- Assist in preparing Approved Manufacturer lists for projects materials
- Assist In coordination with cost consultants for the sake of preparing bills of quantities and cost estimation.

* Project: Commercial Building with a total built-up area of 1, 250 m.sq.
* Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plans interpretation, working with the contractor to address site conditions not reflected in the drawings.
- Certifying and ensuring that construction was completed in accordance with the plans.
- Performing quantity and cost calculations of needed materials (steel, concrete, cement, stone, aggregate).
- Quality control for received materials.
- Safety Control of the labor force, formwork and its supports.
- Liaising with the Electrical and Sanitation workers.
- Cost estimation of completed work.
- Coordinating with the owner, designer, and contractor for change orders.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
