Meet with clients, obtain detailed requirements for new equipment, upgrades, installation or software
Meet with engineering team to analyze requirements and draw a recommended structure for the client’s requirements. For example, network structure, component upgrade and impact of upgrade on existing structure, etc.
Research the matrix of products Gardenia deals with to develop a comprehensive final product to present to the client
Supervise the compilation of components and the linking software to build the final product for the client
Test final component prior to deploying at client’s site
Communicate with suppliers of equipment for batch fixes, upgrades and product highlights
Constantly monitor the performance of telecommunications networks of Gardenia clients to ensure optimal performance
Constantly offer existing clients upgrades to components of their telecommunication networks using the industry’s latest scientifically researched and developed components
Evaluate software solutions used to operate telecommunications networks to ensure optimal performance and recommend upgrades to software and in some cases the replacement of existing software with a more efficient one
Conduct Site Survey and plan wireless or/and wired network which achieve client requirement and vision Certified professional Aruba Network Engineer and Cisco Engineer with the capacity to install and configure products that achieve client’s requirements, expectation and vision
Install and Configure GardeniaTelco VoIP partners’ products at clients site or remotely. GardeniaTelco is partner with the following vendors Telcobridges, Metaswitch, AcmePacket, and Mediacore.
Install and Configure GardeniaTelco AAA partner’s products at clients site or remotely. Our partners include Elitecore, Aptilo, and Alepo
Install and Configure GardeniaTelco Network Assurance partner’s products at clients site or remotely. Our network Assurance partners includes Accedian Network, Aruba Network and Metaswitch
Configure And Support 24/7 Softswitch Wholesale Traffic And Define New Route And Add Plan And Tariff Buying & Selling .

Responsible for all on-site servers and creating the development
Keep online and offline Backup for all SQL Databases and files servers.
Coordinate with vendors and 3rd party suppliers to resolve on technical problem.
Provide desktop support such as diagnosing hardware and software failures.
Prepare Servers either in VMWare or physical formats and install all required software for each new development project, each project require Development, Quality Assurance and Release.
Daily tasks include managing service requests to ensure issues recorded, tracked, resolved or escalated if needed. Frequent updates on the status of the case should occur to customer.
Basic Network equipment management and maintenance; use the GUI to open and close ports for needed software and to connect site-to-site VPN, Add PC to MAC filters and change Passkey for access points, manage users account on cisco VPN, monthly backup for All network equipment (Routers, VPN, ASA, Switches, Access Points and ISA server)
Work 24/7 with support department to ensure uninterrupted services for employees and clients
Help with cloud server management and tasks in hand to ensure fast and reliable client service
