Manage Alkhorayef Group Total Rewards Strategy .
Worked on a long term HR transformation project with a consultant company "Mercer" for Alkhorayef group and 10 subsidiaries, this project include : performance management system, HR road map, HR policy and procedure, Total reward strategy ( job description, job evaluation, pay scale, rewards, benefits, grading structure ... ) competency frame work.

Manage Alkhorayef Group Training " Company Academy " ( TNA, prepare annual training calendar, contact with trainings provider, facilitate training programs, training evaluation ... etc ).
× Personnel :
Maintain and update all employees data and transactions in Oracle system such as vacations, new hires, terminations ... etc .
- Prepare HRDF applications to receive Human Resource Development Fund’s (HRDF) payments for Saudis hired .
- prepare all letters for the employees and Dept .
- Prepare quarterly reports for HR Manager about the current situation ( hirings, resignations, Saudization percentage and turnover ... etc ) .
- book tickets for the employees .
- contact the government relation to issue for the employees exit re-entry and transfer sponsorship .
× Medical insurance :
- Handling the medical insurance for all employees ( issue, add, delete, upgrade, downgrade ... etc ) .
× Recruitment :
- searching for CVs and make shortlist for the candidates .
- Contact candidates, arrange interview time, make initial-interview ( for entry level ) and evaluate the candidate .
- prepare job offer, send it to the candidates .
