Arriyadh New Mobility (ANM) has been awarded a contract to design and build package (Line 3)
Which is the longest line at 41.2 km? This Line 3 features 22 stations, including the Main Station
“Qasr Al Hokom” and “Western”, 10.4 km of bored and mined tunnel and 26.7 km of Viaduct with
maintenance depot with the west and east extremities.
Value of the project : 5.9 Billion US dollar.

Job description:
• Oversee the project from start to finish and organizing the schedule of work & budget.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
• Ensure quality construction standards using of proper construction techniques

1. Finishing Trade Sub-Contractors: to ensure programmes are maintained and services are
coordinated effectively

3. Senior Engineer : engineering details and Sub-Contractors co-ordination

*Maintaining a daily Site Diary recording all manpower levels for finishing trade Subcontractors and keeping accurate notes of on-site activities.
*Scheduling weekly Work Programmes for Finishing trades and reviewing weekly
progress Reports from the Master Construction Program.
*Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish
with attention to budgetary limitations.
*Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards.
*Dealing with all Health and Safety issues on site.
*Ability to motivate Laborer and sub-contractors.
*Attending Bennett weekly Management Team meetings.
*Provide clear leadership and direction to the site team while maintaining a professional

Total Cost: 2.5 billion SR.

3- Future homes (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).
125 villas in the Diplomatic Quarter with high luxury finishing.
Total Cost: 250 million SR.
