maintenance depot with the west and east extremities.
Value of the project : 5.9 Billion US dollar.
Job description:
• Oversee the project from start to finish and organizing the schedule of work & budget.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
• Ensure quality construction standards using of proper construction techniques
Project Name: AL-Faisaliyah mall renovation project FRUP
: 3B2 metro station
Duties:
*Liaising with:
1. Finishing Trade Sub-Contractors: to ensure programmes are maintained and services are
coordinated effectively
2. Site Manager : Sub-Contractors programmes and co-ordination
3. Senior Engineer : engineering details and Sub-Contractors co-ordination
4. Quantity Surveyors: on cost issues
5. Purchasing Manager: procurement of bulk items
6. Quality & Environmental Manager: maintaining site records in accordance with ISO 9001
and ISO 14001 requirements
7. Site Clerk: material and equipment requisitioning
8. H&S Officers: promoting the implementation of the Safety Management System
*Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
*Compiling labor allocation sheets for all Direct labor and hired labor involved in
finishing trades.
*Maintaining a daily Site Diary recording all manpower levels for finishing trade Subcontractors and keeping accurate notes of on-site activities.
*Scheduling weekly Work Programmes for Finishing trades and reviewing weekly
progress Reports from the Master Construction Program.
*Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish
with attention to budgetary limitations.
*Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards.
*Dealing with all Health and Safety issues on site.
*Ability to motivate Laborer and sub-contractors.
*Attending Bennett weekly Management Team meetings.
*Provide clear leadership and direction to the site team while maintaining a professional
manner is essential.
I started my career with Azmeel as a senior engineer until reached to a position of Construction Manager in March 2016.

266 villas precast with all finishing works (dry and wet walls with Tiles, Gypsum, Ceiling,
paints...etc.)

2- "ITCC"Information Technology and communication complex (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).
106 villas, 86 buildings with 3, 4 & 5 floors, school, Mosque and mall.
Owner: Public pension agency.
Consultant: Consolidated Consultants.
Total Cost: 2.5 billion SR.

3- Future homes (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).
125 villas in the Diplomatic Quarter with high luxury finishing.

Responsibilities:

#In charge of the project budget for materials and manpower & maintaining accurate billing

coordinates design and construction surveying, provides construction staking.
-Conducts construction inspections, reviews and approves contractor pay requests; reviews, and processes
construction change orders.
-Prepares legal descriptions, documents, and draft agreements of way acquisitions, meetswith property owners to
discuss right of way purchases for projects.

Project Name: Jabal Ali airport.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
-Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
-Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
-Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
-Issue all appropriate legal paperwork.
-Report and escalate to management as needed.
Project Name: Dubai Real Estate Project (Muhaisnah 4).
Total Area: 70000 square meters. Post tension (APS), (Doka) scaffolding.

Duties:
-Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
-Supports the Project Engineer in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site.
-Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
-Assure that foreman are equipped with necessary tools and equipment required to successfully perform the job.
-Examine executed works to ensure compliance ahead of inspection.
