-Acting as a real HR Business Partner and solution provider by offering strategic HR support and advisory to the various Group business units ensuring the full compliance with the corporate human capital vision and values including a clear risk register for all divisions under my supervision with practical contingency planning.
-Revamping the whole Human resources and administration function by drafting new organization corporate policies and procedures (RACI based) complying with the new market trends and in country regulations.
-Aligning the organization chart reflecting the top to bottom chain of command with attributed authority matrix for every business function, while performing an active job evaluation and analysis to end up with organization corporate grading system coupled with its compensation & benefits schemes.
-Driving a successful digital transformation through all HR procedural frameworks offering practical automated solutions with high accuracy and better efficiency. (Master Data, payroll, E- recruitment, Performance Management, E learning, Employees services)
-Effectively managing and supervising the talent acquisition activity for white and blue collar vacant positions ensuring to have the right person in the right place at the right time with the right cost. (182 successful placements in 8 months period)
-Introducing a new competency framework covering all jobs levels driven with published informational guides for managers and employees explaining the end-to-end performance management process holding the right behavioral assessment and Balanced Scorecards allied SMART KPIs. The E- Performance management platform was up and running in 2 months period.
-Constructing a soft skills E- Learning platform ready to serve our employees needs extracted from the PM platform TNAs, with rich interactive material and practical testing aiming to uplift the company learning curve.
-Empowering the employees’ engagement activities through many successful initiatives reviving the management and employees’ contribution in promoting a positive performance driven friendly culture under the organization umbrella (employees’ engagement surveys, employees’ care center, Employees’ PDPs, achievements awards program, monthly newsletter, team building workshops)

- Actively controlling both HR and Admin budgets, Nationalization & GOSI compliance; in charge of the acquisition and service control of the company’s health insurance provider, travel agency, and food service provider.
- Addressing all local content registers in all GCC countries of operations (KSA, UAE, Kuwait and Oman like IKTIVA, ICV, BENA, LC…) and accordingly align all necessary required internal arrangements and official reporting.
- Conducted jointly with all line managers a company wide interdepartmental re-structuring and job evaluation exercise resulting a tailor-made corporate organization Grading structure in place. Supported by Hay Group team, we succeeded to assign proper compensation and benefits schemes for the structure’s 15 different job grades after many benchmarking and simulation exercises.
- Building a competency based performance appraisal model integrated with our ERP system promoting objectivity and results oriented behaviors evolved out of our Balanced Scorecard foundation reshaping a performance driven organization, while generating sequential Training Needs Analysis automated reports and mid-term performance progress updates.
- Establishing an advanced training academy majorly contributing in developing the staff technical and theoretical knowledge and capabilities, by delivering a rich blend of practical and soft skills training sessions seconded with the allied testing and certification stages approved and accredited from international training institutes. Moreover we are recently developing an E-Learning training platform with virtual training sessions and testing setup.
- Boosting employees’ engagement through driving motivational initiatives, like: Employees’ engagement survey, 360 feedback report, suggestions box, Company newsletter, operations committee, sports events.
- Developing sequential HR analytical reports, financial simulations, and project management studies to effectively monitor all HR activities taking place and proactively assess and evaluate any potential development possibility.
