As one of the management team, dealing with the main concern of the company my role is mainly aiming to:

IDE Provides custom clearing and road transportation services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a fleet of 25 owned vehicles and more than 200 hired vehicles, covering all major cities in KSA.
As Managing Director I am in charge of running the operation and have achieved the followings:
-Set up the whole operation from acquisition to recruitment
-Handling the Business Development and operation Management
-Achieved full capacity in 10 months from start up.
-Assume the full responsibility of the P&L.
-Optimized Routing between departure and destination points for customers.
-Reduced idle time of trailers and drivers by 40%.
-Setup KPIs for the operation to track efficiency.
Working as a Deputy General Manager in National Paper Company LTD, Jeddah K.S.A. Company basically deals with manufacturing of Tissue and Disposable products having branches throughout the kingdom and abroad.
After a period of five years in NPCL where I assumed different responsibilities in different Business Areas, I am now under a one year development plan to be the Next GM.
Achievements:
Assumed the role of Acting General Manager for five years and successfully led company operations to achieve sustainable double digit growth for that period, becoming the fastest growing region within KSA.
Awarded recognition for outstanding contribution to growth and success by Group Executive Vice President
Significantly improved the quality of inter- and intra-departmental communications, and made the processes more efficient, increasing productivity.
Initiated a new Performance Review process through a fully integrated Balanced Scorecard and economy Dashboard.
Led the successful implementation of ERP in 2011 for a period of 18 months.
Directed company operations to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2009; renewed in 2011 with a white report.
Spearheaded the automation process of the sales force which increased productivity and reduced cost per call by 7%.
Turned around low growth in the supermarket channel in Yemen to achieve 50% increase in sales in 1 year, followed by growth of 27% in the next year.

Working as a Finance and IS Manager in National Paper Company LTD, Jeddah K.S.A. Company basically deals with manufacturing of Tissue and Disposable products having branches throughout the kingdom and abroad.
Along with assuming the conventional role and responsibilities of Financial Manager with a team of 50 members in 5 departments; Finance, treasury, Accounting, IS, Customer Service and Logistic, I were totally focused to transform the Finance department from a back-office to a real business partner focused on Business Performance and Decision Support.
Achievements:
•Pointed the main gap in the value chain and re-designed the Cost-to-Serve processes to spot variances’ sources and take corrective actions.
•Automated the Sales Force which increased productivity and reduce cost per call.
•Re-designed Monthly Financial Reporting to focus on leading Key Performance Indicators.
•Trained the Customer Service team to redesign the function processes and focus on productivity and cost efficiency.
•Restructured the company borrowing and reduced this cost by 15%.
•Led the process of turning the company from limited liability to Joint Stock Company.
•Re-designed the Material consumption process to save 3% on the Production Cost.
•Lead the implementation of a new ERP (JDEdwards)
The DIAGEO Company is the largest distiller of alcoholic beverages in the world. We were distributing DIAGEO products In Turkey through 20 Distribution Centres with Almost $0.5 billion in revenue and a workforce of 120.
Directed a workforce of 20 with full accountability for financial reporting and analysis and securing financial stability in a turbulent market; reported directly to the General Manager with dotted line to the Finance Director of the Europe region.
Achievements:
Successfully led the 5-year Strategic Planning Process for over three years.
Implemented an innovative Performance Review process through a fully integrated Balanced Scorecard and economy Dashboard.
Designed and implemented an innovative pricing strategy that saved 10% of the promotion budget with lowest impact on the retail consumer price in a 130% currency devaluation environment.
Led company financials through a hyperinflation and devaluation economic environment; 50% and 130% respectively, becoming one of the rare blue-chip companies to achieve set profit targets.
Increased A&P effectiveness by 13%; recognized as the champion of “A&P Effectiveness” for Dubai Hub (Gulf, ME, North Africa, Cyprus and Northern Europe).
Saved 15% of the Key Accounts Promotional Budget through designing and negotiating a new contracting concept.
