Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader leads maintenance teams responsible for repair of mechanical systems of Gas turbines, Steam turbines and balance of plant.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversees work of assigned maintenance team employees.
Prepare and release mechanical maintenance procedures for the power plant equipment.
Addresses minor discipline problems with team members; refers more serious cases to maintenance supervisors.

Secondary Responsibility (Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Burullus combined cycle power plant (4*1200 M.W) Responsibilities : - Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff. - Respond to emergency calls for maintenance. - Manage the set up and take down of different events. - Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues. - Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff. - Contact and schedule repairmen and extra help as needed. - Perform administrative tasks as required.
