Job description: Monitors sales staff to ensure that each staff member is performing its sales duties and providing excellent customer service. Assists in inventory audits to make sure all stocks are accounted for. Also, handles cashiering and act as officer in charge whenever the presence of the Manager is not available. Assigned to do daily sales report and the end of the day and depositing the daily sales the following business day.
Job responsibilities
• Distribute tasks and orders to employees.
• Train and evaluate trainees
• Check the flow of sales/customer from time to time.
• Check the product and display before the opening and closing of the store
• Encode the delivered or ordered materials or product
• Assist the customer with their demands, suggestion and complaints
