Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for controlling all documentation related activities in a Project.
• Support and coordinates with discipline with administration and control.
• Data Entry of In carry/dispatch/Updating Contracts/ Bill details.
• Preparation of Report through V Look up.
• Control and maintain project Record of incoming project documents.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to prepare and maintain attendance records, incentive and over time report.
• Ability to provide functional supervision.
• Ability to work with computerized attendance system.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical and logical functions used in MS Excel.
• Handling high profile personnel of different nationalities with special attention and taking care of all the complaints regarding their Attendance.

Cash Management: Knowledge in Cash Management, Prepare Annual Monthly rolling Cash forecast and take corrective actions.

Cash Collecting: Ensure that revenue invoices are issued according to contract and get paid on timely manner.


Professional Duties: -
• Controlling all documents whatever coming from Head Office to site and going from site to Head Office. Like Passports, Labor cards, leave applications and final clearances etc.
• Working as Sr. Document controller under Sr. Admin Manager of the Project with a Project Management consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of document management, transfer, preservation and maintenance.

• Sending & Receiving all project related e-mails.
• Excellent management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Monitor staff and worker attendance using Attendance Management software (ATT2000)
• Monitor Sub Contractor staff & workers attendance.
• Making monthly attendance report, monthly job allocation report of all staff and workers.
• Checking the entire invoice submitted by sub contractors.
• Clearance of staff and workers.
