Assisted in starting NEC (Najah Engineering Consultants LLC) in Amman - Jordan in 2007. The company main scope is to give professional engineering training courses, provide engineering consultations in the power generation sector and develop engineering application software. The company is becoming the leading company in the Middle East in the following areas:
- Diesel power generation engineering consultations and training
- Industrial acoustics and sound attenuation engineering consultations and training. AcostixTM is widely used for sound calculations and industrial acoustic design
- Worked as consultant and/or gave professional training programs to number of major Middle East and international companies.
My duties and responsibilities exceeded my job definition as an engineering manager. In addition to manging the engineering design function of the company I am deeply involved in strategic planning, training and development and management information system development.
