• Restructured the department functions and processes to achieve the strategic objectives on the company. This included change management, training, job description re-writing, adding new employees, creating new positions, creating new departments and new processes.
• Execute plans for health and safety among the entire industrial operations in the whole facilities as per ISO, OSHA, ...etc standards
• Manage engineering design, materials procurement, production operations and training with professional project management control to improve the response of the processes to the challenging delivery schedules and budgets, and to improve the human resource efficiency.
• Complete involvement in re-writing and implementing company's Quality and Health and Safety procedures to improve the quality, reduce the losses and minimize risks in all industrial operations.
• Remove all the bottlenecks and interface problems by establishing smooth processes based on teams cooperation and not competition.
• Increase the effective available hours of the production and increase the effective production capacity by reducing the variances.
• Develop manufacturing process by introducing Robots in fabrication and welding process
• Improve profitability of the business by controlling scope, time, cost and quality of the projects.
• Enhance organization strengths in electro-mechanical design and manufacturing.
• Manage group of project managers handling more than 50 projects. Some projects have complete LSTK scope
• Making projects information precise and available in timely manner by introducing simple but effective Project Management Information System (PMIS) which was completely created by me and put on the server.
• Enhance engineering services business. The long-term objective is to convert the engineering to a profitable business unit to cover its own expenses then to make profits.
• Improve the training function by providing training programs and courses in line with strategic objectives of the company using professional techniques and standards.
• Design the framework and help establishing Human Resource Management function, and PMO to handle strategic projects of the company.
• Deliver professional courses in engineering design, project management and MS Excel databases.

Assisted in starting NEC (Najah Engineering Consultants LLC) in Amman - Jordan in 2007. The company main scope is to give professional engineering training courses, provide engineering consultations in the power generation sector and develop engineering application software. The company is becoming the leading company in the Middle East in the following areas:
- Diesel power generation engineering consultations and training
- Industrial acoustics and sound attenuation engineering consultations and training. AcostixTM is widely used for sound calculations and industrial acoustic design
- Worked as consultant and/or gave professional training programs to number of major Middle East and international companies.
My duties and responsibilities exceeded my job definition as an engineering manager. In addition to manging the engineering design function of the company I am deeply involved in strategic planning, training and development and management information system development.
• Manage engineering resources to produce required design outputs
• Manage and coordinate all projects
• Check and approve electrical and mechanical design drawings and specifications

• Author of PowerSize generator sizing software developed for Saudi Diesel.
• Standardization of design schemes and materials used in standard and non-standard products.

• Developed new generation of control panels and systems of high technical nature. This moved the company to a better position of competition. These included generator control panels, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS’s), synchronizing panels, LV switchgear, PLC panels, annunciator panels, protection systems, etc

• Electrical design including DC and AC control drawings and wiring diagrams for generators start/stop, generator & system protection, control panels detailed drawings, synchronizing and load sharing control panels, LV & MV switchgear including MCCB’s, ACB’s and SF6 types, AC metering, engine instrumentation, automatic transfer switches (ATS’s) and other systems.
