PLANNER
• I am responsible for preparing of Master Schedule using Primavera Project Planner (P6).
• I am responsible for project planning, monitoring, review and control to ensure timely completion.
• I am responsible for providing Look ahead programs in MSP for managing the Project.
• I am responsible for updating the Project for dates and resources.
• I am responsible for preparing Progress reports.
• I am responsible for preparing productivity reports.
• I am responsible for preparing Material consumption reports and comparing with Budget consumption for reducing material wastage.
• I am responsible for preparing list of required Manpower and Equipments.
• I am responsible for preparing Weekly and Monthly progress reports to the Clients.
• Coordination with Project Manager and also Construction Team on current issues of concern and potential future problems resulting in reprogramming as necessary to overcome them.
• Heading Weekly review meeting next to Project Control Manager along with Project Manager.
• I am responsible to maintain, Monitor the project developments and confirm the actual development with the projections project planning, monitoring, review and control to ensure timely completion.
• Documentation of all correspondence / submittals.
• I am responsible to maintaining complete records of work done at site
QS (Quantity Surveyor)
• I am responsible to maintain Drawings & Records thereof including date of receiving and issuance of drawings etc.
• I am responsible for taking the Concrete quantities of drawings received from the client
• I am responsible for taking of the quantities of items required for the construction and claim for the procurement.
• Responsible for checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Site Engineer
Project: Construction of Apartment (Local Hyd), India
Project Value: 35.15 corers
• I was responsible to execute work at site as per the project plan, to ensure compliance with the safety norms and Minimize wastage.
• I was responsible to calculate the material requirement and submit to Site in charge.
• I was responsible to workout Bar bending schedule, surveying, details of shuttering of structures, layout for geometry and important works for all structures from approved plans and submit to the Site in charge.
• I was responsible to ensure proper utilization of resources
• I was responsible to identify the areas for waste reduction and act on ways and measures to minimize the wastage.
• I was involved in preparing of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management.
• Provide assistance to Senior Civil Engineers by supporting them in their routine duties
• Act as main project supervisor as well as technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives; Responsible for setting out, leveling & surveying site
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
