Responsible for developing HR procedures, guidelines, and processes with-in the region.
• Responsible for the induction, orientation & on boarding process including ensuring workspace is ready, all required
documentation is completed, and living arrangements handled.
• Ensure delivery of the expected quality of HR services. Develop and ensure processes for a cost-effective function in
accordance with HR policy and strategy. Plan organize and direct HR functions for activities in the region with HR
responsibility for around 200 - 300 people. Manage transportation, Hotel bookings, for Jollychic employees in UAE, KSA and
Egypt.
• Ensure 100% compliance for DMCC and Mainland employees.
Established a flexible structure with well defined benchmarks for recruiting employees; this enabled in acquiring quality
talent that drives forward organization’s performance.
• Providing strategic oversight and direction to organization’s HR policies; presenting innovative ideas/ initiatives to build a
mutually professional and positive relationship among employees.
• Systematizing recruitment function - sourcing resumes, conducting background checks, scheduling interviews, negotiating
offers up till final on-boarding formalities to ensure acquiring quality talent.
Cultivating professional and proactive relations with various vendors/ service providers (recruitment/ IT maintenance);
awarding/ renewing contracts in lieu of past performance.
