 In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
 Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.
 Coordinate with overseas suppliers and clearing agents regarding processing of the complete set of documents e.g.: (Invoices, packing list, Airway bill (for air shipment) Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (for sea shipment) for faster processing of Custom clearance. Achieved cost-savings over 30%
 Supporting Sales Team to achieve Targets by Providing Sales Leads, Market trends & forecasts, Account Analyses, New Product Information and Relaying Customer Requests in the selection and purchase of merchandise that best meet the client's needs.
 Built new business by prospecting and making cold calls, devised monthly and timely promotion Schemes to increase sales. Tie-ups with Online Commerce Portals for product sales & promotions,
 Initiated the Designing & Development of Company website and Portal.
