• Leads a team of construction and management in completing the subcontracted works, while maintaining the required HSE and Quality standards.
• Establish clear definition of responsibilities for the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning & maintenance management personnel.
• Planning and execute of project execution and integrity assessment projects.
• Project “Scope of work” development.
• Developing Budgets and tracking Budget Expenses.
• Preparation of specific work procedures and general standard operating practices.
• Participate in safety meetings and develop knowledge in all safety polices and industry safety standards
• Prepare purchase orders and change orders
• Maintain client relation and communicate project progress and status in a clear method.
• Manage daily reports, time and expense reporting, and other administration requirements.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and to provide top quality customer service.
• Maintain company & client certification standards.
• Familiar with CS, SS and RTRP materials specifications, international standards/codes (ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, BS, AWWA ...etc.) and KOC Specifications and procedures.
