business needs and personal interests.
Identified and planned current and short-term future work force needs with area owners, within
senior management and head of departments’ guidelines to ensure achievement of MARAFIQ.
Drove cost-effective recruitment policies, procedures, methods, and resources (internal and
external) to retain MARAFIQ and secure optimal skills levels.
Assessed recruitment agencies and negotiated fees as well as terms and conditions.
