I worked on real data of Damascus securities exchanges & Amman stock exchanges for constructions an international portfolio beat the market index which generate higher actual return at lower risk than the market index can generate; tried to apply my academic courses on a practical issue by compute Beta for each stock in DSE and compute the required return for each stock; construction SML & compare with each stock required return and actual return to determine which one is under value and to examine the DSE efficiency. In addition, applied the decremental analysis on DSE market by compute P/E & EPS and other ratios to evaluating the stock fair price and forecasting its future return.This study was my senior project at AIU.
take a look of AIS and IFRS, read about several of bushiness plans & feasibility studies, finally work on a feasibility study concentrate on the financial portion and submitted this study as the major task which applied to at internship center. the feasibility study which I worked on was so interesting for the Academic supervisor who gave me -A on this study.
