- Surveil trading operations executed on the ASE to ensure their compliance with applicable legislation.
- Inspect ASE members and registers to ensure their compliance with regulations and instructions issued by the ASE .
- Ensure ASE members compliance to financial solvency standards as per the instructions issued in this respect.
- Receive and examine investor complaints.
- Conducted market fundamental & chart analysis, judgments & expectations.
- Supervising the margin and account-trading desk.
- Deals with more than 100 clients on both margin and account over account services on daily basis and answer clients queries, fulfill their needs and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the process of developing and introducing new financial services to meet customers requirements and attracting new customers.
- Conducting on-job training for new treasury staff, in addition to back office and branch staff awareness training.
- Manage the cash flows to ensure covering branches withdrawals.
