Leading a team of six Front Office Assistants.
To train & supervise front office assistants with the standard of procedures (SOP).
Supervising sub-sections of front office department such as room reservations, cashiering & concierge.
To ensure regular & positive communication between front office staff & guests.
Prepare reports such as occupancy percentage, travel agency business on weekly basis and remittance report on daily basis.
Ensuring high level of customer orientation at front end.
Managing duty & shift allocation of front office assistants.
