• Supervise and direct work flow of payroll team and ensure all the 9000+ employee wages, leaves and end of service dues are paid on the stipulated time in compliance of the Labor Law.
• Supervise payroll & finance in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Qatar as per respective Labor Law.
• Efficiently process and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to financial policies and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Accounts Payable, to reconcile payroll-related expenses and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights on labor costs, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Conduct cost booking activities, allocating expenses to appropriate accounts, cost centers, or projects, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor and reconcile prepaid balances, ensuring proper accounting treatment and timely recognition of prepaid expenses.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoice validation and financial activities.
• Co-ordination with legal team for any financial matters having legal implications.
• Support audits by providing accurate payroll and financial records, answering inquiries, and facilitating required documentation.
• Monthly forecast for funds allocation between banks for all Project salaries to ensure smooth transfers before the deadline.
