The gas turbines originally fired on residual fuel oil (RFO) were converted to natural gas in 2003.
• Administered various contractual agreements - O&M, PPA & GSA - ensuring adherence to contractual terms & conditions and achievement of ESBI objectives.
• Conducted dependable capacity tests & heat rate tests of the units and issued reports.
• Recommended strategies to minimize liquidated damages (LD) based on analysis of heat rate/capacity degradation and evaluation of its commercial impact.
