Engineering Coordination / Project Controls of PV VII Package B, Cairo West Airbase Project assigned to AICI - Archirodon JV. Client US Army Corps of Engineers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Full engineering coordination between Archirodon-AICI J.V as the main Project Contractor, various subcontractors, design teams and Client
Close liaison with the Planning, Quality, Procurement and Technical office departments
Contract Administration
Maintaining Documentation and Correspondace with Client and various Sub contractors (Local & Global)
Monitoring & Controlling Quality of submittals to the Client
Monitoring & Controlling Project Schedule
Issuing Various site / engineering progress reports
Participating in the issuance of various Proposals, claims, variation orders, etc
Ensuring the submittals are issued on or before due date and adjusting Project Schedule accordingly
Archirodon - AICI J.V representative with the Client and various subcontractors both local and global

Performing the activities and responsibilities concerning the preparation of Technical & Financial Proposals
Creating WBS and defining activities according to scope
Planning activities durations and resources
Developing Projects time schedules using planning software (Primavera)
Preparation of Projects Management Plans

Technical co-ordination between design teams and Client
Responsible for data collection
Project Planning, Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Control, etc
Design of Infrastructure networks (Potable water, Irrigation, Fire Fighting, Storm Drainage, Sewage, etc) via relevant software
Design of pumping & storage facilities, details, Specs & BOQ, etc

Technical co-ordination between design teams and Client
Responsible for data collection
Project Planning, Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Control, etc
