This is a strategic role in which I am leading a team of 5 people and I am responsible for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding of CMPak Ltd.
In this role I am looking after nation-wide recruitment (internal/external), custodian of organization structure and job descriptions, HR budgeting, talent acquisition model/channels, recruitment policy, position management policy, expert hiring policy, internship/apprenticeship program, departmental HC management, Employer Branding framework and implementation, Zong MTO Program

Achievements:
Launched a very unique Management Trainee Program and Zong GT Program which involves development model of 2 years including mentorship.
Designed, implemented and executed the major restructuring from Centralized to Regional Empowerment structure. Taking end to end ownership played key role in this organizational change project with minimum hindrance to business. The project involved change of commercial structure of organization, defining new roles in regions, designing their JDs along with line managers, hiring of resources and more importantly managing organizational change through very clear communication.
Reduced TAT for recruitment by 20 days for different levels of hiring through readily available talent pool, recruitment process optimization, and defining timeline for each process of recruitment.
Develop, update, and implement comprehensive recruitment policy and process with the aim of having the most suitable candidate selected on the right jobs on the basis of merit, and competence, and to ensure that employees and candidates are informed of the policy and process with clarity and consistency.
Making business drivers of each department as base designed HC Forecasting Model to forecast HC for several years.
Designed and implemented automation of HR processes especially Recruitment module

Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefits at China Mobile Pak Ltd. (World's largest telecom operator)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for efficient HR budget utilization which includes all kinds of budget related to HR cost.
To monitor salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost controls, and ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the CMPak’s overall strategic objectives and HR strategy.
Responsible for compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
Monitoring of the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity. Responsible for accurate data collection and analysis, as well as maintaining accurate employee records.
To participate and present CMPak Ltd in pre-compensation survey benchmarking sessions to ensure that jobs are benchmarked accurately in relation to the market.
Designing retention and incentive plans for key talents.
Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Car/Fuel policy and all other benefits policy to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirement.
To manage third-party HR vendor relations such as outsourcing firms and consultants for outsourcing HR services for contractual employees.

Achievements:

Designed and implemented grading and salary structure of Contractual (outsourced) staff of Zong CMPak Ltd.
Introduced new model for Annual Increments
Designed commission structures of Sales staff which helped to increase the productivity of sales staff and thus adding more value to business.
Designed long term incentive plan (LTIP) for key resources in the company

Successfully recruited more than 400 permanent and outsourced employees at all levels of organization.
