Leading and supporting projects involving new solutions, configuration of new promotions, packages/products and service management of Business Support System, BSS (CBS for Prepaid and Postpaid billing and recharge systems) as well as roll out of new systems/ technical solutions.
- Network performance audit and fault Management. Ensuring products are developed without any error.
- Providing technical support to customer related to core network projects.
- Ensuring customer business requirements are timely met and warranting highest level of customer/stakeholders satisfaction during the course of the project as well as providing post project support.
- New product/promotion development and product life-cycle management.
-Entertaining and analyzing new product/solution requests and ensure its timely implementation taking all stakeholders on board.
- Troubleshooting of faults/issues and their resolution within SLA. Also suggesting ways to improve KPIs and interdepartmental processes.
- Reporting of KPIs to higher-ups and ensuring SLA is not breached by timely completion of all projects.
- Implementation of quality control processes and development of standard operating procedures.
- Providing trainings to customers for operation and maintenance of the rolled out project.
-To Analyze the network performance and investigate the reasons behind degradation of KPIs and different commercial products.
-Monitor and report departmental and other KPIs
-In-depth Data analysis of subscriber to identify areas for improvement through audit.
-Support regional planning and optimization for improving network efficiency.
-Extraction of daily data for performance monitoring, analysis and reporting, and development of dashboards
-Analysis and resolution of nationwide complaints along with remedial steps for improving customer experience
-Reporting of KPIs and performance after major events such as Eid, Ramadan etc
-Ensuring performance of tests and ATPs and tracking various projects.

-Management of charging / promotion (Prepaid and Postpaid), system and service configurations, implementation and launch of packages, promotions and other business requirements on Huawei OCS and CBS in coordination with Marketing/planning and other departments.
-Project Management; Ensuring expansion projects such as OCS to CBS Swap are successfully completed.
-Act as a liaison between internal and external customers/stakeholders.
-Training employees and leading from the front. Guiding them on how to perform various tasks and standard operating procedures.
-Ensuring highest standards of quality are maintained and minimization of errors.
-Taking actions to improve network stability and ensuring continuous improvement.

-Operation and maintenance of following nodes of Huawei TELLIN IN and Huawei OCS (Online charging system): SCP, SMP, SDP, CBP, BMP, GFEP, USAU, EVC (Electronic voucher centre), UVC (Universal Voucher Centre), RBI, Report servers, mediation servers, URPs, Imanager and CRBT nodes. To ensure 99.99 % availability of IN/OCS nodes.
-Charging / promotion, system and service configurations, implementation and launch of packages and promos on Huawei TELLIN IN and OCS. (Successfully implemented and launched prepaid packages like UFONE Lady’s Package, Kissan package and promotional buckets like Ufone IDD bucket for international calls, GPRS bucket).
-Charging implementation, configuration and launch of International roaming partners on IN/OCS platform. Dealing with IREG team for resolution of issues and roaming partners for completion of IR-32 testing.
- Call-trace analysis for troubleshooting.
-Prepaid Package definitions, Short codes (IVR, SMS, USSD) definitions, Numbering plan implementation, Routing configuration, Rent/Tax implementation, Voice/GPRS/SMS bucket definitions, USSD advertisement strings implementation, SMS/USSD notification content change, Voice loading for IVR, GT definitions, Data extraction based on requirement, Pre and post launch testing of packages/promos, Recycling of suspended numbers, Links addition/modification with STPs, GFEP ports configurations with external NEs (like PSA), Ensuring smooth transfer of all CDRs to MIS department for revenue reporting.
-Active participation in supervising migration of prepaid subscribers from Huawei TELLIN IN to Huawei OCS. Conducting ATPs, audits, pre and post migration testing, co-ordination with vendor to resolve launch critical issues.
-Resolution of technical complaints within the SLA period.
-Follow up with the vendor for resolution of all pending issues and coordinating maintenance activities, patch implementations etc.
-In house software development to improve O&M tasks for vigilant monitoring, Reporting.
