• Registering refugees through UNHCR RAIS registration system.
• Supporting the officer in delivering NFIs to beneficiaries.
• Preparing data reports and analyzing information based on registration data.
• Directly managing distribution processes as assigned by the project officer.
• Daily supervision of incentive laborers as requested by the project officer
• Input information related to referrals in tracking database
• Flag any cases requiring following up with reception area partners to the project officer
• Facilitate access refugees staying for extended period of time in the reception area to basic services as advised by the project officer
Work with community and mobilization officer and community mobilizers to run information sessions related to WASH, recycling, and livelihoods projects.
Coordination with external actors in the camp (Make sure that Oxfam community mobilization and public health promotion team is represented at relevant sector meetings, such as health, community mobilization, and WASH. Have regular meetings with WASH IPs to make sure that approach, programs, messages are harmonized)
1-Assist in the development of (CISLE) project materials including the
lessons learned. School newsletter and success stories.
2-Daily visits to monitor the quality of school activities throughout the
project and to participate in project activities.
3-Monitoring and management of the project activities and expense
reimbursements for program and activities.
1- Assist in mobilizing the communities around the schools, help in
forming the Community parent School Coalitions (CPSCs) and instituting
the training programs empowering the school and community to support
school improvements and extracurricular activities.
2-Help with the preparation of any training, meetings or events related to
the project, including communication with the project.
3-Preparation of the school monthly reports.
