• My key responsibilities are to manage and coordinate the service delivery process to Enterprise Customers and guarantee on time delivery as well as skilled installation for customers.
• Oversees the performance of the services on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage and coordinate the technical complaint handling process to solve customer concerns / issues in a prompt and efficient way.
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with customer’s respective organization and maintain integrity with all internal and customer related responsibilities.
• Resolve issues or escalate if required and highlight implications to the project deliverables / outcome.
• Communicate effectively to customers about installation and maintenance status to manage expectations.
• Arranging enterence gate passes for locations to provide the services.
• Maintains permanent relationship with customers and successfully coordinates service delivery related functions..
• Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to present revenue and progress to higher management.

Major Clients and Projects Handled:

I have supervised and worked as a liaison between below clients and Etisalat for below mentioned Projects:

• FORMULA 1: Abu Dhabi Motor Management: At Formula-1 Event, Data and Telecom Networks consisting of 2 GB Internet Leased Lines, many Primary Rate Interface (PRIs) and other Broadband Circuits. Operation and Management by Etisalat was carried out exemplarily for the last three years.
• ADEC Abu Dhabi Education Council: Etisalat successfully implemented a new project interconnecting all the government schools in Abu Dhabi. With Managed Services having main and backup links including the Local Area Networks.
• INJAZAT DATA CENTER: The biggest Data Center in the Middle East, supporting more than 500 clients, Etisalat provided with 3 network nodes having 1GB and 10 GB dark fiber links.
• Dept. of Finance - DOW Projects: All the Govt. Departments were connected to finance dept. through managed services in this project. Etisalat had done the study and implementation.
• ADAC - Abu Dhabi Airport Company: Etisalat provided Virtual Private Network (IPVPN Links) services to the Data Center at Abu Dhabi Airport and Abu Dhabi Airport Cargo Services.
• Abu Dhabi Stock Market: Done the project for interconnecting more than 100 major clients with ADSM.
