I have worked in Sussex county for touch more than a year as a Registrar Administrator with, responsibilities of Assistant manager (Delayering was happening in UK ).My key responsibilities were keeping records of the orders, making sure that mails were sorted by manpower respectively, Logistic manager fully informed about the optimal managerial policies by giving presentations every week and last but not least assisting the Personal manager by maintaining the Company culture alive and vibrant by creating activities (e.g role plays and visits ).
I was managing Projects for product campaigns and meeting clients to set orders and dealing with issues and notifying them to manufacturers for re-positioning .I also had a role of HR and team leader because of size of my team and their responsibilities .During my Training i was exposed to environment where we had to work long hours and complete our projects in time .I Personally love to work in a Challenging atmosphere therefore i took the challenge and worked on the issues related to Customer relationship management(CRM) and with my team brought the solutions for re-Positioning products for our Clients .
I did my Masters in Business Administration for the sake of better understanding of business Globally ,that was one of the reason why i came to Great Britain .During my education in England i got a chance to see the difference between the Western and eastern Trade ethics , processes and customs . I did different jobs in Customer services and data based management for clients to gain certain experience while at the same time learning business development and Marketing related strategies. .
