• Investigates and initiates corrective action on manufacturing problems arising in the manufacture of products and in manufacturing problems associated with the inspection and testing of products
• Reviewing and Monitoring the Quality of Casting Products as required standards
• Responsible to reduce the rejection rate and rework volume
• Responsible to receive material from stores and maintain inventory control
• Responsible to prepare daily Quotation for different Industries
• Responsible to Prepared daily production report to Managements
• Reviewing and commenting weekly and monthly production schedules to Senior Managements
• Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures
• Firsthand experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Destructive Testing (DT) of Metal wires in QC department.
• Responsible to check the zinc coating thickness of Aluminium wire with the help of dilute Hydrochloric Acid (HCL).
• Responsible to check the Tensile Strength of Steel wire with the help of Universal Tensile Testing Machine.
• Responsible to check the Twisting properties of wires with the help of Torsion Testing Machine.
• Responsible to monitor the PH value of Pickling Tank.
