• Supervision of bank reconciliation and payments
• Summarized detail in separate ledger or computer files and transfer data to general ledger.
• Reconciles and balance account.
• Complete records to or through trail balance.
• Assist the auditors in finalization of account.
• Prepare required monthly report for region.
• Prepare reconciliation statement statements.
• Overall responsibilities to control all expenses.
• Checking & reconciliation of all transactions of systems.
• Checking of all expenses vouchers.
• Balance Sheets & other related schedules
• Salary tax E-Filling & Annual statement E-Filling.
