Syscom is a telecom and system integration company with various product lines and services. Manufacturing its own PABX system, syscom claims one of the most promising and committed companies in the field of telecommunication and system integration not in the UAE but in GCC region.
Main Responsibilities:
• Collecting Technical and cost details from the MNC, Vendors and Suppliers.
• Preparation of prequalification documents, technical & material submittals, quotations and other related documents for the above mentioned systems for the clients.
• Negotiating with suppliers on delivery of materials, payment terms, discount on prices and make sure material delivery at site on time.
• Work out on drawings with AutoCAD team to extract the BOQs and cable lengths for security and structured cabling systems.
• Attending events, product trainings and making presentations as necessary.
• Maintain and update project log book, review shop drawings and submittals.
• Preparing technical and material submittals and procure all close-out documents including LPO, contract agreement, product installer certificates…etc.
• Document control which includes original quotations, LPO, s training certificates of technical team and approved material submittals by consultants and contractors.
• Compute estimates of material, equipment’s and labor cost for tender projects.
