Job Description
• Responsible for providing technical advice and direction to management.
• Provide Ad hoc reports required by the management.
• Planned, directed and controlled all MIS activities in order to meet the information requirements of our Management and staff services.
• Acted as liaison between the Optical Software Provider Frontwave, Singapore and Ehsan Optics by reviewing requests for new applications or extensive modifications of existing systems, determined priorities, evaluated computer usage and ensured that needs were met with quality information on a timely basis.
• Collect, analyze the store & inventory data to meet management needs.
• Inventory Management.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, POS Sales, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

Job Description
• Handle all issues related to I.T and discussed with I.T Division and ensure the same addressed and settled well in time.
• Formation of SQL generated reports on Compliance as per Management requirement.
• Work closely with various internal departments for smooth execution of various activities.
• Provides assistance to Compliance Division as well as branches staff in case of any problem in dealing with Compliance Modules and KYC / AML (Anti-Money laundering) tools.
• Part of implementation team for software tool related to Anti Money Laundering. (Remittance / Blacklist Check / Transaction Analysis).

I have completed my bachelor’s degree with CGPA 3.14. During my four years degree I have done internship in Pfizer Business Technology department where i provide computer support to the user and manage network and Computer Hardware and I also Secured Significant Contributor Award from Pfizer.Inc. Second internship was at CYBERNET Network Operation Center department, during my internship I learned Technical Documentation and monitor data centers. Third internship was at Yen I.T Department where I worked on Technical Documentation and handle Computer Hardware and Software issues. I received one year Scholarship from Sindh Endowment fund in second year of bachelor’s degree.
