Developing and managing different projects
I am working on different projects which are being developed for across globe customers. My responsibilities are
as follows:
Develop and maintain the projets, testing of modules.
Project management, Team management (Scrum Master).
Coordination with customers and gethering the requirements and resolve the issue through webex or fix it personllay or
assign the fix to specific team
Team management, coordination and team player.
System design and defination
Story writing, sprint planning product/sprint backlog grooming, tasks estimation and coding/testing sprint demo and
retrospective.
Worked on multiple positions and roles in organization at different and same time, e.g Project Manager, Scrum Master, Team Lead, Software Developer, Q/A tester, Configuration, Deployment, Professional Services, Technical Support. Worked closely with Product Owners, Development Managers, Project Management Group, BDMs, User Education Groups, Documentations, User Manuals.
Worked on offshore project.
