• Level3 support to customers for VAS entities

• Acceptance testing (ATP) for all new services deployed on IN and VAS platform.
• Generating reports and data for performance and capacity analysis.
• Providing level two support for Customer Complaint Handling.
• Perform execution of pairing files for provisioning subscribers on PSA and CGW.

Completed BEE Electronics along with major courses of Telecom from one of leading and rapidly growing Engineering University in Pakistan. Did my final year project on Virtualization of PS2 mouse. Also managed many technology based semester projects. Stood out as a good student scoring scholarship on basis of merit on multiple occasions.
