Controlling of all QC activities and Documents in Piping, Mechanical, Material receiving, NDT, and Welding Sections.
Review of ITPs, WPS, PQR, Verification of Welder Qualification.
Cross Verification of Welding Machines Calibration, Measuring instruments calibration, Pressure Gauge calibration etc.
Line Checking, Clearing & Punch Listing for Piping & Equipments.
Visual inspection of welds and perform failure-cause analysis.
Carried out visual inspection, welding consumable verification, dimensional check, performance test, welder qualification, welder training and performance monitoring.
Records and endorse reports of inspection and test witness and compile scope files to identity statues.
Approve Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS&PQR), Witness and approve welder/ Welding operator performance qualification (WPQ).
Verify ISO metric according to piping plan.
Line checks inspection as per drawing.
Verification of line list according to piping specs.
Measuring the depth and alignment of trenches and examining the trenches for stones or debris that may damage the pipeline.
Collect data and information on the surrounding area for possible corrosion factors.
Inspection of surface preparation by profile gauge.
Mechanical particle testing of exposed portions of the pipeline and mapping and measurement of metal loss on the system.
Stage-wise inspections and testing of fabrication of piping, structures and installation of equipment.
Witnessed hydro test and pneumatic test of pipelines prior to pre-commissioning.
Responsible for inspection of static and rotating equipment as per MS/ ITP.
Supervise for the erection/ installation o static and rotating / package equipment.
To manage the inspection of materials, equipment and workmanship for conformance to plan and
specification.
Witnessing of equipment installation and steel structural reaction.
Responsible for the installation and preparing a report on mechanical equipment.
Supervise control erection of contractor for the erection / installation of mechanical static & rotating equipment such as reactor, column, drums, exchangers, boilers, condenser, vent stack, volume tank, analyzer house, pumps and compressor, agitator, air cooled heat exchanger, and other related equipment. Responsible for the inspection and preparing report on static and rotating equipment.
